It’s been an incredible weekend for Summers. We kicked off on Friday by supporting our good friends ‘Tap That’ in Aldershot (who kicked ass during their set) and then we headed off to HRH AOR.
Crash and Joedy attended both days so were understandably shattered (and partly deaf) by the time myself, Popey and Ricky joined them on Sunday. The first few hours of being there saw us hanging out with the guys from H.E.A.T after their set on the main stage, more interviews, photographs, a quick chat with Skid Row, and meeting loads of new fans for the first time.
As most of you know, it was quite a trek to our stage so once we finally set up we’d probably burned close to 3000 calories. However a cheeky beer set us up for a great show in front of a packed audience which featured Danny Vaughan from Tyketto. Thanks to everyone who supported us. We honestly couldn’t have asked for more and we heard a rumour that people could not get in. The atmosphere and sound was great.
All in all another awesome weekend of live music, great bands and people. For those of you who haven’t got your hands on a copy of our debut album yet, you can order it via our website or any reputable digital music store.
And finally…for those of you who asked about the second album.. let’s just say we have enough tracks to start pre-production and get the ball rolling. Hopefully it won’t take 364 days to complete this time though.
Have a great week everyone, and thank you for keeping rock music alive!!!
