We’ve had eventful weekends before but this has to be the mother of them all. It kicked off Saturday night with a gig at The Royal Oak in Southampton in which we had a great turn out. As always, thanks to everyone who came to support us.

While packing down Popey decides to give Mikkey Dee a quick call as we are scheduled to go to see Motorhead the next day. SUMMERS support Steve Conte of the New York Dolls

Last night was absolutely electric for us. We set the scene for the night with a 30 minute power set and gave it everything we had… Plus we got to hang out with a real New York Doll which was a bonus. But most importantly we captured some great footage from the night from unloading, sound check and to the gig itself which we will post very soon. Continue reading »

Summers support a New York Doll

New York Dolls Guitarist Steve Conte is at The Brook Southampton on Monday the 26th and Summers are pleased to announce that they will be supporting him. We caught up with Ricky and he said” Awesome” so we asked Jase who had a little more to say on the matter ” I think its a wicked opportunity for the band and hopefully this is the start of things to come”.
